Demounting
Warning – hand injury danger!
Crush injuries risk during locking plate rotati-

Do not insert the fingers between the tire
and the rim.
Warning - damage risk!
When using the hydraulic system control unit
for extraction, the rim and the bead breaking
rollers can both be damaged.
¶
The mounting tool has to be extracted in
the same way it has been inserted in the
edge/shoulder of the rim.
Demounting of tubeless and supersingle tires
1. Lock manually the operating arm on the trolley with
the bead breaking disk facing the bead.
2. Use the control lever to position the bead breaking
disk in correspondence with the internal edge of the
rim.
3. Use the control lever to press, with the bead brea-
king disk, the tire bead towards the rim drop centre
and use the pedal to rotate without interruptions the
locking flange until completing an entire circumfe-
rence of the rim.

Use mounting paste to help detach the tire from the
rim.
4. Press the pedal to release the working arm and use
the manipulator to move the trolley to the side oppo-
site the chuck bearing arm.
5. Remove the pin, turn the tool 180° and re-insert the
pin.

demounting of agricultural wheels
To make demounting operations easier it is possible
to use the tubeless tire roller (1).
