Demounting of agricultural wheels
1. Block manually the working arm on the trolley.
2. Use the control lever to position the bead breaking
disk in correspondence with the internal edge of the
rim.
3. Use the control lever and press with the bead brea-
king disk the tire bead towards the rim's drop centre
and use the pedal to rotate the locking flange until
complete deflation of the tire, rotate continuously
the locking flange in order to make the bead brea-
king disk advance gradually.
4. Lubricate the bead and the edge of the rim with the
special mounting paste while keeping the wheel in
movement.
5. Press the pedal to release the working arm and use
the manipulator to move the trolley to the side oppo-
site the chuck bearing arm.
6. Remove the pin, turn the tool 180° and re-insert the
pin.
7. With the working arm upright, move the trolley to-
wards the chuck bearing arm and past the tyre, and
fasten the working arm manually onto the trolley.
8. Repeat in the same way the bead breaking (point 3)
on the other side of the tire.
9. Tilt the working arm and press the pedal to bring it
on the front part of the tire. Lock again the working
arm to the trolley by adjusting the special pin and
making the mounting tool tilt.
