Remedy
e Disconnect and re-connect the power plug.
e Non-earthed mains supply systems (e.g. IT networks) only: If neces-
sary, charge the vehicle with protective conductor monitoring
deactivated.
f Refer to chapter "Deactivating ground monitoring" on page 39.
e Only earthed mains supply systems: Have the control unit checked
by a qualified specialist workshop/Porsche partner. Have the mains
supply/domestic connection checked by a qualified electrician.
e Disconnect and re-connect the power plug.
e If this does not remedy the fault, have the domestic installation
checked by a qualified electrician.
e Disconnect and re-connect the power plug.

e The device has switched off due to overtemperature. Wait until the
normal temperature is reached again. If necessary, protect the
charger from direct sunlight.
e The charging process was interrupted. Wait. Do not take any action.
