7-17 Replacing the Gun Light Receiving Unit

The Light Receiving Unit can be damaged by static electricity.
Before handling the Light Receiving Unit, always touch an earthed metal surface
to discharge any static electricity.
• Do not disassemble the Light Receiving Unit . Do not touch the knob on the
Light Receiving Unit . Any attempt to disassemble the unit or moving the knob
can prevent the unit working correctly.
1. Open the Gun Body.
2. Remove the Light Receiving Unit from the indentations in the Gun Body and
disconnect the connector to remove the Light Receiving Unit.

(To reinstall, insert the unit into the indentations in the
gun body while placing its connector facing to the bottom.)
3. Reassemble in reverse order.
• After replacing the Light Receiving Unit, be sure to Initialize the Guns.
