Fitting the Ride Assembly Place the Ride Base assembly onto the Coin Tower Cabinet Support Bracket and connect the connector. Slide the Ride Base up to the Coin tower Cabinet taking care not to trap any wires. Fit 4off Hex head screws (M8x40) with flat and spring washers and 2off Hex head screws (M8x20) with flat and spring washers.
Linking Two or More Games Up to 4 games can be linked together for linked game play. Switch all games OFF. Remove 2off pozi head screws (M4x12) and remove the Link Cover Bracket, located next to the mains inlet. (M4x12) Fit the Link Cable (supplied) as shown in the following diagrams.

Turning on the Power After the machine has been installed, turn ON the power. The power switch is located on the rear of the monitor cabinet. Adjustment Switches The Adjustment switches are located inside the coin door. Service Switch. Press this switch to obtain game credits without incrementing the play meter. Test Switch Slide the test switch ON to enter test mode.
Test Mode Open the coin door and slide the test switch “ON”. The “Menu Screen” will be displayed on the monitor. Select the test required by using the select up/down switch. The colour of the selected test will change. Activate the test by pressing the Enter switch. Select “EXIT” in each test to return to the “Menu Screen”.

Replacing the Monitor The monitor is heavy (Approx 100kg). At leastfive people are required to remove the monitor. Seperate the Coin Tower Cabinet from the Monitor Cabinet. (see section 5-2 page 36) Remove 4off security screws (M5x25) and remove the front cover. Disconnect te two connectors and then remove 2off hex head screws (M10x130), spring washers and square flat washers.

Remove the 2off hex head screws (M5x35) and remove the cover strip. Remove 20ff hex head screws (M5x35), unlock and remove the back door. Remove 2off hex head screws (M10x130), spring and square flat washers. Lift the monitor approx. 10cm from the monitor base and then move it forwards or backwards clear of the monitor base.
Handle Bar Assembly Remove 4off security screws (M4x12), and remove the handle bar assembly cover to gain access to the throttle and brake controls. NOTE:- The game must be re-initialized whenever the PCB, ROMS, Throttle, Brake or Steering controls are replaced. (See section 7 page 50) 8-2-1 Replacing the Throttle Control Pot...
8-2-3 Replacing the Steering Control Pot Remove three security screws (M5x25) and four security screws (M5x16) from the right hand bike vac-form, and remove the vac-form. Slacken the grub screw (M4x5) to release the control pot shaft. Replace the control pot, ensuring that the pot is replaced in the same position and the wires are fitted to the correct terminals.
