Removing the Header Assy The Header assy has a forward centre of gravity, so it is important that at least two (2) people are used to fit or remove the Header assy. Fitting the Gun Cabinet to the Monitor Cabinet Remove 4off hex head screws (M8x30) and remove the Joint Brackets from their shipping position. Refit the Joint Brackets as shown below with the 4off hex head screws (M8x30). Replacing the Camera Assy Remove 2off security screws (M5x12), disconnect the connectors and remove the Camera assy. Security screw (M5x12) Connectors Camera Assy Remove 2off Whizz nuts (M4) and remove the Camera Mounting bracket. Whizz nut (M4) Earth connector Camera mounting bracket Remove 2off pozi head screw (M2x30), Camera Filter (note which way round this filter is facing), 2off Spacers and the Camera PCB.
Replacing the Sensor Remove the Camera assy. (see 7-3 page 63) Remove 2off pozi head screws (M2.5x14), with flat and spring washers, and remove the Sensor. Camera unit Interruption sensor (note direction) × Pozi head screw (M2.5 (with flat and spring washers) Reassemble in reverse order.
