Baked Shrimp
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
1 ½ lb shrimp, peeled and devained
1 lemon, juiced
2 T butter, softened
4 cloves garlic, minced
Pinch of salt and pepper
Pinch of chili flakes
2 T parsley (garnish)
Directions:
1. In a bowl combine all ingredients and coat shrimp.
2. Place shrimp onto Baking Pan with Cooking Rack and place in the middle
position in your Bravo.
3. Set your Bravo to "Bake" at 425˚F for 10 minutes.
4. Once finished sprinkle parsley over the top. Serve and enjoy.

Lemon Sesame Salmon
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
2-8 oz salmon filets, skin on
2 T honey
½ lemon juiced
2 t soy sauce
1 T sesame seeds
Directions:
1. In a bowl combine honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and sesame seeds.
2. Place filets on a greased Baking Pan and coat with sesame glaze.
3. Place salmon on the Cooking Rack in the middle position and set the Bravo
to "Bake" at 400˚F for 12 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
4. Carefully remove from the oven, serve and enjoy.
