Applying voltage

Insert the fuses and check if the output circuits have been connected correctly and whether the required voltage
is applied. Enter the measured values in the Actual value column.
DANGER
Danger of electrocution!
In emergency operation the system is supplied with 216 V DC. Coming into contact with voltage-
carrying parts of the system may lead to death or severe injury.
w
Relevant health and safety regulations must be observed.
w
Work can only be carried out on the system by authorised personnel wearing appropriate
protective clothing.
w
Lay current-carrying lines, signal and control lines in accordance with relevant applicable
guidelines and standards.
Checking the connection of the output circuits
1. Insert the fuses for the ONLITE central eBox SCM.
2. Measure the voltage of the output circuits:

Note
i
If the measured voltage corresponds to the supply voltage (230 V), the output circuit has been
incorrectly connected to the general power supply.
w
Resolve the wiring error and eliminate interfering voltage before continuing commissioning.
Inserting fuses
1. Insert the fuses for the output circuits one after the other.
2. Insert the battery fuses.
3. Close the mains fuse provided on site for the eBox system.
