Connecting the voltage supply
The voltage supply for the eBox system is connected via the general power supply (230 V) or via the batteries in
the main distribution unit in emergency operation.
DANGER
Danger of electrocution!
In emergency operation the system is supplied with 216 V DC. Coming into contact with voltage-
carrying parts of the system may lead to death or severe injury.

Relevant health and safety regulations must be observed.

Work can only be carried out on the system by authorised personnel wearing appropriate
protective clothing.
w
Lay current-carrying lines, signal and control lines in accordance with relevant applicable
guidelines and standards.

– The mains fuse provided on site is open.

Terminal block -1X1 is located above the CPU of the main
distribution unit (ONLITE central eBox CPU).
1.
Fix the cable connected to the terminal block to the strain relief rail and
cable support rail.
2.
Connect the supply line to terminals L and N.
3.
Connect the protective earth conductor to the earthing bar.
