Connecting an ONLITE central eBox SUB E30 external sub-distribution unit

Knowledge in the areas of fire protection and functional integrity is required for setting up,
mounting and installing an ONLITE central eBox SUB E30 external sub-distribution unit.

Relevant health and safety regulations as well as country-specific fire protection standards must
be observed.

Use the additional material supplied for connecting the external sub-distribution unit.

1.
Open external sub-distribution unit ONLITE central eBox SUB IP65.
2.
In the sub-distribution unit, remove the covers at the top and bottom.
3.
Remove the knockouts at the top of the sub-distribution unit with a
screwdriver.
4.
Route every cable connected to the external sub-distribution unit to the top
of the sub-distribution unit.
5.
Fix all cables connected to the external sub-distribution unit to the strain
relief rail.
6.
Connect the protective earth conductor to the earthing bar.
7.
Connect conductors L, N, B+ and B- to terminals L, N, B+ and B- on the
external sub-distribution unit corresponding to the slot number of the sub-
distribution unit connection (SUB 2 – SUB 5).
8.
Connect the system bus to terminals B1 and B2.
9.
Ensure that the DC and AC voltage have been correctly wired.
1.
Open external sub-distribution unit ONLITE central eBox SUB E30.
2.
In the sub-distribution unit, remove the covers at the top and bottom.
3.
Route every cable connected to the external sub-distribution unit to the top
of sub-distribution unit ONLITE central eBox SUB E30 first.
