7 Preparatory measures for connecting batteries
Before connecting the batteries, carry out the following preparatory measures in the main distribution unit:
1. Lay out the 21 supplied stickers (symbol +, symbol -, numbers 1–18, one black/silver
sticker for recording the installation date).
2. Lay out the supplied battery cables.
Cable type
Short black battery cable
Medium black battery cable
3. Insert one medium-sized black battery cable underneath each battery compartment,
observing the correct poles.

4. Insert the long battery cable for the ONLITE central eBox BCU recharging device in the
cable holders underneath the next-to-last battery compartment.
5. Bend all cable holders by hand so that the cables can no longer sag.
