Connecting an external sub-distribution unit

Damage to devices when not wired correctly!
If DC and AC voltages are incorrectly connected, devices may be damaged beyond repair.

After connecting an external sub-distribution unit, ensure that the DC and AC voltage have been
correctly wired.

1. Open external sub-distribution unit ONLITE central eBox SUB.
2. In the sub-distribution unit, remove the covers at the top and bottom.
3. Route every cable connected to the external sub-distribution unit to the top
of the sub-distribution unit.
4. Fix all cables connected to the external sub-distribution unit to the strain
relief rail.
5. Connect the protective earth conductor to the earthing bar.
6. Connect conductors L, N, B+ and B- to terminals L, N, B+ and B- on the
external sub-distribution unit corresponding to the slot number of the sub-
distribution unit connection (SUB 2 – SUB 5).
7. Connect the system bus to terminals B1 and B2.
8. Ensure that the DC and AC voltage have been correctly wired.
