1.4 WARRANTY
At the time of delivery, chek whether the
machine has been damaged in transit and
if all the accessories are present.
Possible claims must be made in writing
within 8 days.
Besides the cases indicated in the supply
contract, the warranty becomes void:
- if damage is caused by incorrect use;
- if the cardan shaft has not been suf-
fi ciently maintained (see maintenance
manual of cardan shaft);
- if the maximun power limit allolwed is
exceeded (see on the table «TAB 2
- TECHNICAL DATA»);
- in case the instruction given in this
manual have not been strictly followed
- in case which used non-original spare
parts;
- in case which the machine has carried
out alteration without the consent of the
Manufacturer.
1.5 IDENTIFICATION OF
THE MACHINE
At the 3 points of connection to the trac-
tor is placed the identifi cation plate of
the machine bearing the following data
(6 Fig.1):
A) Model of the machine.
B) Serial number.
C) Weight of the machine. The weight
indicated refers to the machine without
roller and without accessories. Re-
member that the weight of any roller
and accessory equipment must be
added to the weight of the machine.
D) Constuction year.
1.6 DESCRIPTION OF THE
MACHINE
The ROTODENT power harrow is an ag-
ricultural machine with a three-point hitch
(1) that can be hitched to tractors with the
relative power lift couplings. It is driven by
the driveline (2) connected to the tractor's
power take-off and transmits the power
via its gear transmission (3) to a series of
blade holders in line (4), each equipped
with two blades.
The motions of the teeth-holders are
opposed each other thus obtaining an
optimal crumbling of the soil without
mixing the different layers so that the
surface layer is not mixed with the lower
ones, often less good, assuring the best
seed-bed.
The soil crumbling degree depends on the
rotation speed of the teeth-holder and on
the advancement speed.

1.4 GARANTÍA
Controlar al acto de entrega que la máqui-
na y los eventuales accesorios no hayan
padecido daños durante el transporte.
Eventuales reclamaciones tienen que
ser presentadas por escrito dentro de 8
días.
Además de lo expuesto en el contrato de
suministro, la garantía pierde validez:
- en caso en que se verifi case un error
de maniobra;
- por uso de bulones de dimensiones o
materiales superiores a los previstos por
el limitador del árbol cardánico;
- en caso de pasar el límite de potencia
consentido (ver tabla «TAB. 2 - DATOS
TECNICOS»);
- en caso de que no fueran seguidas las
instrucciones descritas en el presente
manual;
- en caso de que no fueran usados re-
puestos originales;
- en caso de que fuera aportada cualquier
modifi cación sin autorización del cons-
tructor;
1.5 IDENTIFICACIÓN DE
LA MÁQUINA
En corriespondencia de los 3 puntos de
conexión al tractor está pegada la etiqueta
de identifi cación de la máquina que repor-
ta los siguientes datos (6 Fig. 1):
A) Modelo de la máquina.
B) Número de matrícula.
C) Masa (peso) de la máquina. El peso
indicado se refi ere a la máquina sin
rodillo y sin accesorios. Recordar
que al peso de la máquina se deberá
agregar el peso del eventual rodillo y
de equipamientos accesorios.
D) Año de construcción.
1.6 DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA
MÁQUINA
La grada rotativa ROTODENT es una
máquina agrícola con enganche tripuntal
(1), que puede ser aplicada a tractores con
los respectivos enganches en el elevador
hidráulico. Se acciona, mediante eje car-
dán (2) conectado con la toma de fuerza
del tractor y mediante una transmisión de
engranajes propia (3) transmite el movi-
miento a una serie de porta-dientes en
línea (4) cada uno con dos dientes.
El movimiento de los portadientes es
inverso uno con respecto al otro porque
se consigue un desmenuzamiento opti-
mal del terreno sin mezclar las capas de
terreno, porque la capa superfi cial no se
mezcla con aquellas inferiores a menudo
menos buenas, garantizando el mejor
lecho de siembra.
