4.6 SOIL TILLAGE TINES
The tines (Fig. 35 nr°1) of the soil tilla-
ge implement are made of hardened,
high-strength steel. The tines are subject
to wear and must be replaced no later
than when they have reached a length
of Lmin.= 150 mm. For great working
depths, the tines must be replaced earlier
in order to avoid damage and wear to the
tool carriers (Fig. 35 nr°2).
WARNING
If the tines fall below the minimum
length of 150 mm, claims due to rock
damage shall not be accepted.
4.7 BLADE REPLACEMENT
Proceed in the following way to replace
worn or broken blades.
- Place the harrow on two strong stands
that are able to safely bear its weight,
so as to prevent it from accidentally
dropping.
- Unscrew the fi xing bolts A (Fig. 33) and
remove the worn blades.
4.7.1 Quick coupling blades
Comply with the following procedure
for machines with quick coupling/un-
coupling blades (Fig. 34):
- insert the blade 1;
- insert the pin 2;
- lock the parts in place with the split pin

4.6 PUAS DE LABRADO
Las púas (Fig. 35 nr°1) de la maquinaria
de labrado están fabricadas de acero de
gran resistencia. Las púas se desgastan
y deben reemplazarse como máximo
al alcanzarse una longitud mínima de
Lmin.= 150 mm. En el caso de grandes
profundidades de trabajo, el cambio de
púas deberá efectuarse antes para evi-
tar daños o desgastes de los portaútiles
(Fig. 35 nr°2).
ATENCIÓN
Al sobrepasar la longitud mínima de las
púas de 150 mm prescrita por el fabri-
cante, no se aceptarán reclamaciones
causadas por daños de piedras.
4.7 SUSTITUCIÓN DIENTES
Para la sustitución de los dientes fl ojos o
rotos, es necesario operar del siguiente
modo:
- Poner la grada sobre dos robustos
caballetes que puedan sostenerla sin
peligro de caídas.
- Desenroscar los bulones de fi jación A
(Fig. 33) y quitar los dientes de cuchilla
gastados.
4.7.1 Dientes acoplamiento
rápido
En las máquinas con dientes de mon-
taje/desmontaje rápido operar del
siguiente modo (Fig. 34):
- introducir el diente 1;
- introducir el pasador 2;
- bloquear todo con la clavija 3).
