Probable cause
1. The engine is running out of fuel.
2. The choke was not used correctly.
3. The engine is drowned.
4. Defective spark plug.
5. Low or discharged battery.
6. Dirty air filter.
7. Dirty fuel filter.
8. Water in fuel.
9. Loose or damaged wiring.
10. Misaligned carburetor.
11. Engine valves not adjusted.
12. Blown fuse.
13. Stationary brake does not work.
1. Dirty air filter.
2. Defective spark plug.
3. Low or discharged battery.
4. Dirty fuel filter.
5. Old or dirty fuel.
6. Loose or damaged wiring.
7. Misaligned carburetor.
8. Engine valves not adjusted.
1. The brake pedal is not depressed.

Solution
1. Fill the tank.
2. See "Starting the engine" in the Operation
section.
3. Wait several minutes before starting the
engine.
4. Replace the spark plug.
5. Recharge or replace the battery.
6. Replace/clean the air filter.
7. Replace the fuel filter.
8. Empty the tank and the carburetor, fill the
tank with fresh gasoline and replace the
fuel filter.
9. Check the entire wiring.
10. See "Adjusting the carburetor" in the
Repairs and Adjustments section.
11. Seek professional services of the closest
TRAPP Authorized Service Center.
12. Replace fuse.
