1. Lift the seat base to the raised position;
2. Remove and discard the protective caps of the
terminals;
Note:
If the battery is put into operation after the month
and year indicated on the label (located between
the terminals), charge it for at least one hour with
6 to 10 A.
3. First connect the Red cable of the battery to the
Positive terminal (+) using the hexagonal bolt and
the nut, as shown in Image 2;
4. Connect the Black grounding cable to the
Negative terminal (-) with the other bolt and nut
assembly. Tighten firmly.

Removing the side outlet plate

Warning!
Before performing this procedure, make sure that
the engine is switched off, the key is out of the
ignition and the parking brake is triggered.
Find the side outlet plate (if present), it has a
 
warning label hanging from the left side of the
tractor on the hinge of the side outlet, above
the mower deck.
While holding the side outlet with one of
 
your hands, remove it with the other hand by
turning it clockwise.
Warning!
The side outlet plate is only used to facilitate the
transport and must be removed before using the
tractor.

Mounting the handwheel

If the wheel is not mounted on your tractor, all
the parts necessary to carry out the assembly are
located inside the tractor. Remove the handwheel
cover and remove the parts.
Align the front wheels precisely forward and
 
engage the steering wheel on the splined shaft.
Later, insert the washer into the center of the
 
handwheel and tighten with a hexagonal bolt.
Then place the plastic handwheel cover in the
 
center and tighten until it clicks into place.
