Warning!
Never make any adjustments while the engine is
running.
Warning!
To avoid serious injury, before performing any
maintenance or adjustment:
1. Do not make any adjustments while the
engine is running;
2. Fully depress the clutch/brake pedal and
engage the parking brake;
3. Set the drive control lever to neutral (N);
4. Set the mower assembly triggering lever to
the "disengaged" position;
5. Turn the ignition key to the STOP position
and remove the key;
6. Check that the blades and all moving parts
are completely stopped;
7. Disconnect the spark plug cable and position
it so that it cannot come into contact with the
spark plug.

Leveling the mower deck

Check the tire pressure before leveling the


mower deck.

Front to back

Beware!
The blades are sharp. Protect your hands with
gloves and/or wrap the blade in a cloth.
The front of the deck is supported by a stabilizer


bar that must be adjusted to level the front with
the rear. The front of the deck should be 6-9 mm
lower than your rear. If adjustment is required,
proceed as follows:
