Rear wheels
The rear wheels must be removed from the axle
every season. Lubricate the axles and rims with
grease.
Front axles
Each end of the front axle has a grease inlet.
Lubricate with a greaser every 25 hours of
operation.
Steering bar gear
Keep the steering bar gear clean and lubricated.
Cleaning the engine and the mower deck
Any spilled oil or fuel must be cleaned promptly.
Do not allow grass particles to accumulate in the
engine air inlets or in any other part of the tractor.
The use of high-pressure washer to wash your
tractor is not recommended. Water in high pressure
can penetrate and damage electrical components,
threads, pulleys, bearings or the motor.
Deck cleaning system (optional)
A hexagonal retainer can be found on the deck
surface. See Image 20.
This retainer can be used as the water inlet port for
the deck cleaning system. Use the deck cleaning
system to wash lawn particles from the underside
of the deck in order to prevent corrosion caused by
decomposition.
