Avoid using gasoline that has been stored
for more than seven days as it causes
malfunctioning and decreases the useful
life of the engine.
Refuel only with unleaded regular gasoline
(no additives).
Use common gasoline only (do not use
gasoline with additives).
Note the capacity of the fuel tank, and the
quantity and type of oil of the crankcase
(see "Technical Specifications").
Ensure that there is oil in the crakcase and
that it is at the correct level.
Check whether there is fuel in the tank.
Refuel only with unleaded regular gasoline
(no additives).
If the motor has fuel injector, press 3 times the
injector (not required if the motor is already
warm).
Hold the retractable lever of the brake
firmly together with the cable).
Carefully pull the retractable start rope
until you find some resistance, then pull it
all the way through. Repeat this operation
until the motor starts.
Allow the motor to heat up for some
minutes.
Operate the accelerator lever and start
mowing.
In order to turn the engine off, just release
the retractable brake handle.
Filling the Tank
Be careful: Gasoline is highly flammable.
Close the tank, thoroughly tightening the
cover to avoid leakage.
Never fill the tank with the motor on.
Switch the motor off before removing the
fuel cover.
Do not add gasoline while the motor is
hot.
Operation
Notes:
The average consumption may vary
according to the job requirements and
operator.
Do not use the injector when the engine
is hot, after a period when it has been
disconnected.
This engine has an automatic acceleration
system, which allows greater economy of
fuel.
The engine does not respond upon
being accelerated without a load (work
force). The rotation only increases when
the machine is made to work (under no
circumstances should the pressure of
the original spring of the accelerator be
altered).
