At the end of the heating season, it is good practice to clean the
filter, the combustion head (disk, insulator, electrodes, nozzles, the
combustion air passage and the photoresistant cell.
advisable to use wood or plastic instruments to clean the nozzle
passages. Nozzles should be replaced after 12 months' use.
Most components can be inspected by removing the hood. To inspect
the head you must disassemble the component-carrying plate which
can be hung on hung on the burner body in two different positions
to make work as practical as possible. The motor, transformer and
solenoid valve are connected via a connector while the photo-resistor
is push-locked into place.
1) Undo the lid screw "A" to gain access to the interior of the
burner.
2) Undo the 6 screws "B" of the plate, as indicated, in order to
access nozzle, electrodes and fun.

3) The plate must be hung up as illustrated in fig. C.
4) The deflector disk can be removed by loosening the screw "C".
