Central Control Unit (LBB 3500/00)
Front panel
Mains On/Off switch with indicator (green LED).
'Active Micro's'
3 indicators (yellow LEDs) and a pushbutton
selector switch to select the max. number of
delegate microphones to be activated
simultaneously 1, 2 or 4.
'Operation'
3 indicators (yellow LEDs) and a pushbutton
selector switch to select the microphone mode of
operation: Open, Override or Voice.
'Equaliser'
1 Microswitch (start) to initiate audio equaliser
adjustment.

Mains socket with in-built fuse (a.c. mains voltage
selectable inside unit). Matching mains cable
included.
4. Contribution equipment
Contribution equipment comprises delegate
and chairman units.

Microphone with light-ring indicator, built-in
popscreen and windshield mounted on a flexible
stem.
Numeric display (2-digit LCD screen) with 2 x
push-button (up/down) for language channel
number selection (LBB 3531/.. and LBB 3534/..
only).
DCN Discussion System
6-pole circular socket for loop-through connection
to other DCN system units.
2 x 3.5 mm jackplug socket for headphone
connection.
Rotary volume control for headphones only.
Microphone on/off button.
Microphone on/request-to-speak bi-colour LED
indicator (red-microphone on) (green -request-to-
speak).
Loudspeaker.
Chairman Priority button (LBB 3533/.. & LBB
3534/.. only) . When pressed emits chime tone,
overrules/mutes all active microphone units in the
system and keeps the chairmans microphone on
for as long as the button is pressed (default setting
can be changed in the CCU).
Recessed microswitch for resetting the units
address (de-init). See DCN Installation manual.
2 m long cable terminated with a 6-pole circular
connector for loop-through connection to other
system units.
Cable relief bracket located at rear/under of the
unit. Removable for use when feeding the 2 m
(6.5ft) long cable through a table-top.
Delegate unit LBB 3530/.. LBB 3531/..

Intended for table-top use, delegate units
enable participants to actively join in a
discussion (i.e speaking and listening).The unit
includes a microphone with light-ring indicator
and a microphone on/off button
Delegate unit LBB 3531/.. includes a language
channel selector and LC-display
the required language channel when used in
combination with an interpretation system.
Chairman unit LBB 3533/.. LBB 3534/..
(Figure 3)
The Chairman unit has the same function as a
delegate unit with the exception of a 'Priority'
button
, that enables its operator to control
the debate by temporarily or permanently
overruling and muting all active microphones,
depending on a setting in the CCU. Chairman
unit LBB 3534/.. includes a language channel
selector and LC-display
required language when used in combination
with an interpretation system.
