CHAPTER 10
To start the machine it is not necessary particular arrangement procedures because every
machine is tested and adjusted at OEM – ALI S.p.A.
The personnel in charge of the installation carry out even the first starting of the machine and all
the controls necessary.
10.1

PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS

10.2 WORK POSITIONS
The machine has been studied and manufactured to be commanded and controlled in every
function by only one operator.
The operator work position must be frontal as regards to the machine, in front of the control panel.
10.3 CONTROL POSITIONS
From his work position, the operator can operate all the controls of the machine.
The machine is equipped with the following controls:
10.3.1 UPPER PANEL
[1] Knob to adjust the distance between the
plates : turning the knob clockwise the space
between the two plates is decreased when the
lower plate is completely lifted. Turning the
knob anticlockwise the space is increased.

WARNING : To avoid the contact
between the plates it is necessary to
adjust the thickness between them by
selecting at first, the maximum distance
decreasing it subsequently until
reaching the expected distance.
