CHAPTER 6.0
6.1 PROPER USE
This appliance is a heat-moulding machine for pizza production. It allows to obtain a pizza dough
disc with fixed diameter and thickness starting from a rounded risen dough loaf.
The use of the machine must be done only by trained and informed personnel after reading this
manual.
6.2

IMPROPER USE

It is absolutely forbidden to use this machine for purposes different from the ones indicated here
except if authorized by OEM – ALI S.p.A.
The improper use of this machine could create risky situations for both the operator and the
machine.
The use of this machine is forbidden in the presence of explosive and inflammable atmosphere,
in radioactive environment , and in the presence of water or other liquids.
In compliance with the "Machines Directive", Attachment 1, art.1.1.2c, the following conditions
of use have been defined and considered during the design phase:
6.3 INSTINCTIVE REACTIONS OF THE OPERATOR
In emergency situations, the operator must lift the protection hood of the plates to stop the
machine.
6.4

WORKING CONDITIONS

Environment limits
This machine has been designed and manufactured to be installed and used:
n
in an isolated area reserved exclusively to it and positioned in a place:
- in conformity with the hygiene regulations for foodstuffs working ;
- indoor;
- illuminated according to the D.L.626 decree of 19.09.94, Art.33 paragraph 8;
- with room air temperature between +5°C and +40°C and room air average temperature
for a 24 hours period not higher than +35°C;
- with relative humidity between 30% and 95% (without condensing);
- with normal atmosphere and so excluding places at fire risk and/or explosion and/or
containing corrosive gas;
n
at a height between 0 and 1.500 metres above sea level;
n
on a floor with suitable capacity and according to the regulations regarding environment
where foodstuffs are processed.
