Space limits
This machine should be used in places where the authorized personnel can operate it easily.
When servicing, larger spaces could be necessary; and so, the machine can be moved, thanks
to its pivoting wheels, to more suitable places where foodstuffs are not processed.
Time limits (machine lifetime)
The constituent parts of this machine can be classified into the following 4 categories:
a) structural
b) components
c) components subject to wear and tear
d) consumption material
The parts of the a) category have been calculated and dimensioned considering the number of
working cycles needed to carry out the expected working for 10 years of operation.
The parts of the b) category have been chosen in order to have, if it is possible, a length of life
sufficient for carrying out the working cycles above mentioned.
The machine assures a safe working for 800.000 strokes, on condition that the servicing
mentioned in Chapter 11 MAINTENANCE is done when indicated and/or needed as well as the
changing and the supply of the parts belonging to the c) and d) categories.

WARNING : Although this machine has been carefully manufactured by using selected
materials, there is always the possibility of accidental failures. These events affect the
RELIABILITY and AVAILABILITY of the machine, but not its SAFETY, that is assured
since you provide the replacement of the damaged parts with original spare parts.

WARNING : the real conditions of use can be noticed only during the operation at the
user's, and can be driven to a lasting life different from the supposed one.
So, if the user does not commission the servicing to the manufacturer, it is essential that
he writes in the suitable register the repairs and regulations carried out by his own
personnel and report them to the manufacturer: :
- six-monthly, or frequently for damaged components;
- immediately for structural damages.
