II.3.1
PACKAGING, COMPONENTS
DANGER !
Do not open or tamper with the p ackaging b efore
installation. Do not leave the packaging within
reach of childr en.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROT ECTION
Dispose of the p ackaging m aterials in compliance
with the n ational or local legislation in force in your
country.
The units ar e delivered:
covered with stretch- wrap.
Each unit is supplied complete with:
instructions for use;
wiring diagram;
list of authorised after-sales centres ;
warranty documents
safety val ve c ertificates and manuals (122÷240);
use and maintenanc e manual of the circul ation pump/pumps and
pressostatic val ves (where present).
II.3.2
LIFTING AND HANDLING
DANGER !
Movement of the unit should be performed with
care, in ord er to avoid dam age to the extern al
structure and to the internal mech anical and
electrical components.
Also make sure that ther e are no obst acles or
people blocking the route, to avoid the danger of
collision or cru shing. Make sure that ther e is no
possibilit y of the lifting-gear overturning.
Pass the s traps through the slots in the bas e of the unit, having first
chec ked their suitability (as regards their strength and state of wear and
tear). Take the str ain on the belts , chec king that they remain properly
attac hed to the lifting-hook; lift the unit a few c enti metres, then, onl y
after c hec king the s tability of the horizontal l oad (machine baryc entre),
in order to eliminate any possible ris k of crushi ng or any other inj ury if
the l oad drops or s hifts s uddenl y. Carefully c arry the unit to the
installation site. Lower the unit c arefully and fi x it i nto plac e.
II.3.3
STORAGE CONDI TIONS
The units c annot be s tac ked. The storage temperatur e limits are -
9÷45°C; do not expose the unit to the direct c ontact with suns rays, rai n,
wind and s and.
Do not expos e the unit directl y to solar rays becaus e the pressur e
inside the r efrigerant circuit c ould reac h dangerous val ues and make
the s afety val ve intervene (if pres ent).
