l'asse della zappatrice e quello della
presa di forza del trattore. Operare in
queste condizioni significa limitare le
sollecitazioni sulla presa di forza stes-
sa e prolungare la durata dell'albero
cardanico e della zappatrice stessa.
ALBERO CARDANICO
AVVERTENZA:
L'albero cardanico è da considerarsi
«componente pericoloso», pertanto pre-
stare sempre la massima attenzione nel-
l'applicazione e nel suo uso. Attenersi a
tutte le norme di seguito descritte non-
ché alle istruzioni riportate nel specifico
libretto "uso e manutenzione" in dota-
zione a ciascun albero cardanico.
Adattamento albero cardanico
L'albero cardanico, fornito con la zappa-
trice, è di lunghezza standard. Si rende
quindi necessario adattarlo al trattore con
cui viene utilizzata la zappatrice stessa. A
tal proposito, operare nel seguente modo:
1) Togliere le protezioni dall'albero car-
danico.
2) Sfilare le due metà dell'albero carda-
nico ed accoppiare: una parte alla
presa di potenza della zappatrice,
facendo scattare il fermo di arresto,
l'altra metà dell'albero alla presa di
potenza del trattore, facendo sempre
attenzione allo scatto del fermo.
3) Qualora l'albero cardanico fornito ab-
bia il mozzo con bloccaggio a bulloni
(2 Fig. 7), assicurarsi che questi sia-
no serrati con forza.
4) Affiancare le due metà del cardano.
Trovare la lunghezza minima di scor-
rimento «L» (Fig. 6). Se l'albero car-
danico risultasse troppo lungo si do-
vranno accorciare, in uguale misura,
prima i due tubi di protezione in plasti-
ca esterni, poi quelli metallici interni
(vedere Fig. 6). Quindi sbavare e
lubrificare.

much less subject to wear.
CARDAN SHAFT
WARNING:
The cardan shaft should be considered
a "dangerous component". Always
take the greatest care when installing
and using this part. Comply with the
following regulations and the
instructions given in the specific "use
and maintenance" manual supplied
with each cardan shaft.
Cardan shaft adaption
The cardan shaft supplied with the
implement is of standard length. It will
therefore be necessary to adapt it to the
tractor with which the implement is used.
Proceed in the following way:
1) Remove the guards from the cardan
shaft.
2) Remove the two halves of the cardan
shaft and couple them: fit one into the
pto of the implement, allowing the
stop to snap into place, then fit the
other into the tractor pto, again
allowing the stop to snap into place.
3) If the supplied cardan shaft has a
bolt-locked hub (2 Fig. 7), check that
these bolts are fully tightened.
4) Place the two halves of the cardan
shaft side by side.
Establish the minimum sliding length
"L" (Fig. 6). If the cardan shaft is tool
long, it must be shortened.
Proceed by first equally shortening
the two external plastic guard tubes
then the internal metal ones
(see Fig. 6). Finish by trimming and
lubricating.

Hackfräse (A Abb. 5) parallel zum Boden
(B Abb. 5) steht. Das ist sehr wichtig, um
die Parallelität zwischen der Achse der
Hackfräse und der der Schlepper-
Zapfwelle zu erhalten. Wenn diese
Parallelität gegeben ist, wird die Zapfwelle
weniger belastet und das Leben von
Gelenkwelle und Gerät wird verlängert.
GELENKWELLE
ACHTUNG:
Die Gelenkwelle ist als eine "gefährliche
Komponente" zu betrachten. Daher ist
ihrem Anbau und ihrer Benutzung stets ein
Höchstmaß an Aufmerksamkeit zu
schenken. Beachten Sie daher alle im
folgenden Text beschriebenen Normen,
wie auch die Anleitungen, die in der
speziellen "Betriebs- und Wartungs-
anleitung" stehen, die zusammen mit jeder
Gelenkwelle zur Auslieferung kommt.
Anpassung der Gelenkwelle
Die mit dem Gerät ausgelieferte Gelenkwelle
hat eine Standardlänge. Aus diesem Grund
muß sie an den Schlepper angepaßt werden,
mit dem das Gerät benutzt werden soll. Dazu
auf die folgende Weise vorgehen:
1) Den Schutz der Gelenkwelle abnehmen.
2) Die beiden Teile der Gelenkwelle
auseinanderziehen und wie folgt anordnen:
Einen Teil an die Zapfwelle des Gerätes
annähern und die Arretierung einrasten
lassen. Den anderen Teil an die Zapfwelle
des Schleppers annähern, ebenfalls bis er
in der Arretierung einrastet.
3) Sollte die mit dem Gerät gelieferte
Gelenkwelle eine mit Schraubbolzen
blockierte Nabe (2 Abb. 7) haben,
sicherstellen, daß diese angezogen sind.
4) Die beiden Hälften der Gelenkwelle
aneinander annähern. Die kleinste
Gleitlänge "L" finden (Abb. 6). Wenn die
beiden Teile der Gelenkwelle zu lang sein
sollten, müssen sie abgelängt werden, und
zwar beide im gleichen Ausmaß, zuerst der
äußere Kunststoffschutz, dann der innere
Metallteil (vgl. Abb. 6). Dann sind sie zu
entgraten und zu schmieren.

ARBRE A CARDANS
ATTENTION:
L'arbre à cardan est un "organe
dangereux": il faut donc prêter
beaucoup d'attention lors du montage
et de l'emploi. Suivre scrupuleusement
toutes les normes ci-après ainsi que
les instructions de la notice spécifique
"utilisation
et
entretien"
accompagnant chaque arbre à
cardans.
Adaptation de l'arbre à cardans
L'arbre à cardans livré avec la machine a
une longueur standard.
Il faut donc l'adapter au tracteur qui
devra l'entraîner de la manière suivante:
1) Otez les protections de l'arbre à
cardans.
2) Déboîtez les deux moitiés d'arbre et
accouplez une partie à la prise de force
de la machine, en faisant déclencher la
sécurité, et l'autre partie de l'arbre à la
prise de force du tracteur en faisant
déclencher également la sécurité.
3) Si le moyeu de l'arbre à cardans
dispose d'un blocage par boulons (2
Fig. 7), assurez-vous que ces derniers
sont bien serrés.
4) Posez les deux moitiés de l'arbre à
cardans une à côté de l'autre. Mesurez
la longueur minimum de coulissement
«L» (Fig. 6). Si l'arbre est trop long,
vous devrez raccourcir de la même
dimension les deux tubes de
protection extérieurs en plastique et
puis les tubes métalliques intérieurs
(voir Fig. 6). Ensuite ébavurez et
graissez.

Esto permite limitar los esfuerzos sobre
la toma de fuerza misma y hacer durar
el árbol cardánico y la máquina misma.
ARBOL CARDANICO
ATENCION:
El árbol cardán se debe considerar
como "componente peligroso". Es pre-
ciso por lo tanto prestar siempre mucha
atención para su aplicación y empleo.
Seguir todas las normas a continuación
expuestas como así también las
instrucciones presentes en el relativo
manual de "uso y manutención" que
acompaña cada árbol cardán.
Adaptación árbol cardánico
El árbol cardánico, provisto con la máquina,
tiene una longitud estándard. Es preciso
adaptarlo al tractor con el que vamos a
utilizar la máquina. Para ello:
1) Quitar las protecciones del árbol
cardánico.
2) Extraer las dos mitades del árbol
cardánico y acoplar: una parte a la
toma de potencia de la máquina,
haciendo saltar el bloqueo, la otra
mitad del árbol a la toma de potencia
del tractor, haciendo siempre saltar el
bloqueo.
3) Si el árbol cardánico tiene el cubo con
bloqueo de bulones (2 Fig. 7), controlar
que estos últimos esten bien ajustados.
4) Juntar las dos mitades del cardán.
Encontrar la longitud mínima de
deslizamiento "L" (Fig. 6).
Si el árbol cardánico resulta demasiado
largo deberemos acortar, en medida
equivalente, en primer lugar los tubos
de protección de plastico externos, y
luego los tubos metálicos internos
(ver Fig. 6). Luego limar y lubricar.
