9.3.3
Setting the maximum weight oscillation
The weighing system will scan the weight for 10s in order to ensure no product is
going inside the reactor and the weight remains stable.
Before staring the reactor, you must set the maximum admissible oscillation value
for considering the weight to be stable.
9.4 EXTERNAL MEMORY
The touchscreen has an SD memory card inserted in the back (inside the electrical
panel). This memory card will store all the recipe preparation records and the alarm
history.
It is advisable to periodically dump the content of the card to avoid slowing down
the system.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The system cannot run without the SD card for storing the corresponding
records. If you remove the card or if it becomes full and cannot store any
more records, the programme will trigger a "Record failure" alarm.
You must restart the equipment every time you insert the SD card in the
touchscreen in order for it to be recognised.
9.5 LIGHT OPERATION
The light is turned on and off by directly pressing the button on the top of the
projector (on the vessel).
