Settings App Overview
Optional: Enable WiFi
Enabling WiFi allows the system to automatically download Osprey Medical DyeVert app, iOS
updates (including cybrsecurity) as they become available. It also allows case log data to be
uploaded for analysis to assist in software development and complaint handling. All data on the
Smart Monitor are encrypted with AES-256 while at rest on the Smart Monitor. Transport layer
security (TLS) is used to encrypt the data during transfer to Amazon Web Service (AWS), and
AES-256 encryption secures the data at rest on AWS. For additional information contact Osprey
Medical.
