each food has elapsed, remove
the bags. Switch off the appli-

has been completely concluded,
by pressing the ON/OFF button for
five seconds.
11. To detach the appliance from the
pot, press the fixing clamp and
carefully lift out the appliance.

CLEANING AND CARE

Before cleaning or mainte-
nance, switch off the appliance
and unplug it from the electri-
cal outlet. Wait until the appli-
ance has completely cooled.
Never completely immerse the
appliance in water!

Do not – under any circumstances
– use scouring pads or similar
cleaning tools. Do not use any
abrasive scouring agents, steel
wool, metal objects, hot cleaning
agents or disinfectants, since
these items can damage the
appliance.

tely cool the bags in ice water
and then store them in the refri-
gerator or freezer compartment
at a temperature under 3°C. To
thaw, warm up food in the closed

tely serve the food, or if desired,
first sear it as described in point
12.

The appliance is very hot

then dry it thoroughly.

Select a dry, dust-free location for
storage. Tip: Keep the appliance
packaging and store the appliance
in this box when the appliance is
not in use.
