OPERATION
Caution: Use minimal amounts of spices and herbs to season your food. Certain
herbs or aromatic plants, such as rosemary or garlic give off a very intense taste
that is reinforced through the sous vide cooking method. Note: Certain types
of green vegetables can turn brown through sous vide cooking, this includes
broccoli and green asparagus.
If you want to put several vacuum bags in the pot at the same time, mark the
bags beforehand with a waterproof marker. Thus, you will always know which
foods are in which bags, and you can precisely comply with the cooking time
required for each food. The appliance can heat up to 20 liters of water.

Open the fixing clamp by pres-

Caution: The water evaporates
through the heating process. The
appliance is equipped with a
safety function that automatically
switches it off if the water level is
too low. In this case add water and
switch on the appliance again.
