Position the cable in such a way that the machine can pull it along easily over the lawn surface that has already been
worked. When the machine turns the cable grip automatically positions the cable to the other handle side. Ensure that the
cable is kept well away from the cutting tool and that no loops are formed. Check the mains cable regularly for signs of
damage and only use it in proper condition.

Before using the mower, ensure that the safety grip is functioning correctly. When the grip is released, the motor and blade
should come to a stop within three seconds.
Retighten all screws and nuts after the first few operating hours and from time to time thereafter. Always check that the blade
is in good condition and tightly screwed before mowing in order to avoid accidents (see Chapter "Maintenance of the blade").
Always have the blade attachments screw tightened by a specialist workshop, since according to the applicable standard
DIN EN 60335, an insulation test must always be carried out following repairs or maintenance work to insulating components
(e.g. blade screws).
If the cutter is blocked, e.g. by driving over an obstacle, have an authorized dealer check if parts of the mower are damaged
or deformed. All required repairs should only be done by an authorized dealer.

Every lawn starts to look unkempt after 10-14 days. You will notice that the more frequently the lawn is cut, the better and
more even it will look. This is because frequent cutting will make your grass stronger and more resistant.
Remove all foreign objects (stones, wood, twigs etc.) from the lawn before cutting it, but watch out for any objects lying
around whilst mowing.
Only mow the lawn when dry if possible. The turf will be slightly damaged if the grass is cut when wet; the wheels press into
the grass leaving indentations.
GB
If the grass has become too long, first cut the lawn using a higher cutting setting in one direction and then at the lower setting
of your choice at right angles to the first direction. Only cut the grass if the blade is sharp and not damaged, to avoid the
grass blades fraying. You will achieve a clean cut if you move the lawnmower at walking pace in straight lines. These lines
should always overlap a few centimetres to avoid uncut strips.
The driving speed also influences the cutting image and the catch characteristics. Please adjust the driving speed depending
on the person and the terrain.

During mowing ensure that the collector is emptied in good time. The grass collector will only collect grass perfectly if it is
permeable to air.
