Open the protecting caver of the
flash
adapter
contact,
hook
the
claw
of
the
flash
adapter as shawn and fix it with the
screw.

Mount the
externat
flash
on
the
accessory
shoe of
the
flash adapter.
•
Use a
clip-on type externat
flash.

If the
red
lamp turns
on in
the
viewfinder
when the shutter release
is
depressed
halfway,
you must use flash
to
take
pictures.
Turn on
the
power switch of the externat flash.
•
When an externat flash is mounted, the red
lamp will not blink to
show
you thal
the
flash
is
charging.

Make sure the
externat flash is
lully
charged,
then
shoot.
•
The
built-in flash does not opera
te
so long as
an externat flash is
mounted.
Dismount the
externat
flash unless
you use it.
•
If
you trip the shutter
before
the flash is
lully
charged, you may not get correct exposure.
Always check on
the
externat
flash
thal it is
tully charqed before vou shoot.
•
Do
not
lift
up or swing the camera by
taking
the externat flash
only.
