2.4.1
COMPOSITION
CHAMBER
The appliance is already equipped with feet on the base.
Simply lift and position it. Lifting straps can be used (Fig. 5) with
suitable lifting equipment. Manual lifting is permitted (minimum
2 people) according to the following procedure:
- Remove the left and right side panels by unscrewing the screws
at the top (Fig. 7, Detail A).
- Lift the appliance using the appropriate cut-resistant plastic grip
(Fig. 7, Detail B).
- For reassembly, reinstall the panels by reversing the process.
The appliance is supplied with a rear power cable (Fig. 8). The
cable exits the right side of the oven when viewed from the front
(Fig. 9).
2.4.2
COMPOSITION WITH 2 STACKED BAKING
CHAMBERS
This composition is supplied assembled and wired (Fig. 10). As
per Fig. 5, lifting straps can be used with suitable lifting
equipment. Manual lifting is permitted (minimum 2 people)
according to the following procedure, working module by
module, starting from the top module (MODULE 1).
WARNING!
The modules are connected to each other
via screws and interconnected via electrical cables.
- Remove the left and right side panels by unscrewing the screws
at the top (Fig. 7, Detail A), starting with module 1 (top).
- Unscrew the left and right side fixing screws on the lower
module (Fig. 11, Detail C).
- On the rear left side of the oven, disconnect the connection
terminal for the module interconnection cable.
- Release the interconnection cable by sliding it towards the lower
module, using the appropriate rear hole (Fig. 11, Detail D).
- Lift module 1 using the appropriate cut-resistant plastic grip
(Fig. 7, Detail B), and set it down while waiting to position
module 2 (bottom).
- Lift and position module 2 (bottom)
- Lift and place module 1 (top) on top of module 2 (bottom)
- For reassembly, reverse the process for both the mechanical
fixing and the wiring.
2.4.3
COMPOSITION WITH 3 STACKED BAKING
CHAMBERS
This composition is supplied assembled and wired (Fig. 12). As
per Fig. 5, lifting straps can be used with suitable lifting
equipment. Manual lifting is permitted (minimum 2 people)
according to the following procedure, working module by
module, starting from the top module (MODULE 1).

- Remove the left and right side panels by unscrewing the screws
at the top (Fig. 7, Detail A), starting with module 1 (top).
- Unscrew the left and right side fixing screws on the lower
module (Fig. 11, Detail C).
- On the rear left side of the oven, disconnect the connection
terminal for the module interconnection cable.
- Release the interconnection cable by sliding it towards the lower
module, using the appropriate rear hole (Fig. 11, Detail D).
- Lift module 1 using the appropriate cut-resistant plastic grip
(Fig. 7, Detail B), and set it down while waiting to position
module 3 (bottom).
- Repeat the same procedure for module 2 (middle).
- Lift and position module 3 (bottom)
- Lift and place module 2 (middle) on top of module 3 (bottom)
- Repeat the same procedure for module 1 (top)
- For reassembly, reverse the process for both the mechanical
fixing and the wiring.
2.4.4
COMPOSITION WITH 4 STACKED BAKING
CHAMBERS
This composition is supplied assembled and wired (Fig. 13).

The appropriate interconnection cables:
- module 1 and module 3
- module 2 and module 4
- module 1 and module 2
Before carrying out any handling operations, the left modules
(modules 1/3) must be separated from the right modules (modules
2/4).
On the rear of the oven, unscrew the appropriate connection plates
(Fig. 14, Detail E).
- Remove the visible left and right side panels by unscrewing the
screws at the top (Fig. 7, Detail A), starting from the top modules.
- Disconnect the interconnection cable between the top modules
(module 1 and module 2)
- On the rear left side of module 1, disconnect the connection
terminal for the module interconnection cable (Fig. 14, Detail F).
- Release the interconnection cable by sliding it towards the side
module, using the appropriate rear holes (Fig. 15, Detail G).
- Once you have obtained the 2 compositions with stacked
modules, repeat the procedures for the "COMPOSITION WITH
2 STACKED BAKING CHAMBERS".
2.4.5
TABLET CONNECTION
The tablet is supplied in dedicated packaging complete with fixing
brackets. Once removed from the packaging, it must be placed in
the position selected when ordering.
Screw the upper and lower fixing brackets into the appropriate
holes with the screws provided (Fig.16 part. H). You will be able
to choose the desired inclination.
Secure the tablet to the appropriate brackets with the screws
supplied (Fig.17 part I).
The connection cable for the tablet is located in the hole provided
near the lower fixing bracket (Fig.18 part.L).
2.4.6
BAKING CHAMBER HARDWARE ADDRESS
CONFIGURATION
To communicate correctly with the tablet, the hardware address
must be configured for each baking chamber based on the chosen
layout.
The identification for each oven is shown in the layout screen
(Fig. 25A, Detail A).
The hardware address is set by positioning micro-switches 2 and
3 on the circuit board (Fig. 25B, Detail B), as shown in the
following table.

Proceed as follows:
- Remove the left side panel by unscrewing the fixing screws
- Use a small flat-head screwdriver to change the position of the
micro switches
- Reverse the process for reassembly.

CONNECTIONS
2.5.1
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
CAUTION!
The electrical connection must only be
carried out exclusively by qualified personnel, in compliance
with current local state Electric Quality Assurance
Corporation requirements.
Before starting the connection procedure, check that the
grounding system is provided in accordance with European
EN Standards.
Before starting the connection procedure check that the main
switch of the plant to which is connected the appliance is in
the "off" position.
