CAUSE/SOLUTION
The safety table (finger guard) has been triggered. If the
problem persists, check the safety table electric contacts
in the left and right frames.
The handle safety has been triggered, the red plate is not
in the correct position. If the problem persists, check the
electric contact in the right frame.
The cylinder motor drive has a fault (visible on the variable
drive display). Check the variable drive motor, the variable
drive/motor wiring, the variable drive supply voltage, etc.
The NTC1 temperature sensor is disconnected or
defective.
This message appears when the hour counter (defined in
the maintenance menu) is reached, notifying that
preventive maintenance on the machine is required (see
sections 3.4 and 3.5).
Communication between the screen board (A13) and the
relay board (A10) is interrupted or defective.
The set temperature has not been reached after 90
minutes of operation.
The safety thermostat was triggered due to overheating.
It is manually reset and is located in the left frame.
