Installation
Caution : the machine must be installed, adjusted and commissioned by a team of
technicians from the manufacturer or by technicians or dealers who are approved by the
company.
Similarly, the presence of the customer is strongly recommended, in particular during the
installation and the first tests.
The machine must be installed in compliance with applicable regulations and standards in
premises that are sufficiently ventilated, clean and tidy before, during and after the installation.
Any waste must be removed in suitable containers.
2.2.1. Handling and packaging
On delivery, the machine must be in perfect condition. The packaging must not be incomplete
or damaged. Follow the indications on the packing (for example, fragile, top and bottom,
sensitive to rain, etc.). As the machine is quite heavy and large (see table below) plan on using
suitable lifting and handling equipment in order to work safely.
The machine must be handled using a fork lift of sufficient capacity, the forks must be spaced
as far apart as possible to prevent tipping.
As the machine is relatively long, it will very often have to be unloaded from the side of a trailer
truck with a side opening (curtain).
It is essential to take the machine at its centre (centre of gravity in the axis).
