Application
Intended purpose
Devices intended to monitor multiple vital physiological parameters.
Intended patient population
The monitor is applicable to adult, pediatric, and neonatal usage in hospital environments.
Intended user
Users of this device must be a trained nurse, physician or licensed health care professionals in all the
departments of the hospital or clinic environment.
Training for users is available from the responsible Dräger organization, see www.draeger.com.
Clinician: the product training has to be performed at least for 1 hour for the clinicians from all
departments.
Nurse: the product training has to be performed at least for 2 hours for the nurses from all
departments.
