CO time
The CO time (continuous operation time) specifies how long the hand-held mixer can be operated before
the motor overheats and causes damage. The CO time for the hand-held blender is 1 minute.
Do not use the immersion blender (5) on very firm or very tough foods (e.g. meat) continuously for more
than 30 seconds.
Cooling time
Following the maximum period of use of up to one minute, let the hand-held blender cool down for at least
two minutes and only then continue with the process previously started.
