The recipes are designed for approx. 8 portions each.
All recipes are created using the

Ingredients
240 ml milk
115 g granulated
sugar
180 ml whipping
cream, well chilled
1–2 tsp vanilla ex-
tract, to taste

240 ml milk
240 ml whipping
cream, chilled
240 g chocolate
1 tsp vanilla extract
Make ice cream program
 Whisk the milk together with the
sugar until the granulated sugar has
dissolved.
 Add the whipping cream and vanilla
extract. Mix well.
 Set a processing time of approx. 30–40
minutes.
 Switch on the machine and slowly
pour the mixture through the refill lid
into the container.
 Heat the milk (do not boil).
 Chop the chocolate into small pieces
and place in a bowl together with the
sugar. Slowly stir the warm milk into
the chopped chocolate and sugar until
the chocolate has fully melted. Then
allow the chocolate mixture to cool.
 Add the whipping cream and the va-
nilla extract.
 Switch on the ice-cream maker and
pour the finished ice-cream mixture
into the ice-cream maker.
 Set a processing time of 50–60 min-
utes.
