Ingredients
240 ml milk
115 g granulated
sugar
180 ml whipping
cream, well chilled
1–2 tsp vanilla ex-
tract, to taste

sugar
240 ml milk
240 ml whipping
cream, chilled
240 g chocolate
1 tsp vanilla extract
Make ice cream program
Whisk the milk together with the
sugar until the granulated sugar has
dissolved.
Add the whipping cream and vanilla
extract. Mix well.
Set a processing time of approx. 30–40
minutes.
Switch on the machine and slowly
pour the mixture through the refill lid
into the container.
Heat the milk (do not boil).
Chop the chocolate into small pieces
and place in a bowl together with the
sugar. Slowly stir the warm milk into
the chopped chocolate and sugar until
the chocolate has fully melted. Then
allow the chocolate mixture to cool.
Add the whipping cream and the va-
nilla extract.
Switch on the ice-cream maker and
pour the finished ice-cream mixture
into the ice-cream maker.
Set a processing time of 50–60 min-
utes.
