.. Making yoghurt
Press the
Yoghurt function button.
An operating time of 8 hours is set by default.
Press the

Press the
button to pause operation.
The stirrer stops and cooling is paused. The display field shows the remaining oper-
ating time and stops counting. The

.. Ending preparation
If the ice cream mixture has reached the desired consistency, you can end prepara-
tion early and remove the ice cream.
Press the
button to end preparation prematurely.
Otherwise, the appliance switches off automatically after the set operating time has
elapsed. The display field shows 00:00 and an acoustic signal will sound.
Unplug the mains plug.
Remove the lid (1) by turning it clockwise.
Remove the stirrer and the container with the finished ice cream from the ice-
cream maker.
Use a spatula to remove the ice cream from the container.
Wait until the ice-cream maker has reached room temperature before using it
again.
Allow the container to reach room temperature again after it has been used to
prepare ice cream. Carefully clean the appliance parts (container, lid, stirrer and
accessories) as described on Page 167.
.. Chilling function
After the preparation process, the ice cream is cooled for 60 minutes unless you
switch off the appliance. COOL appears in the display field.
Do not store finished ice cream in the container under any circumstanc-
es. Use a suitable deep freeze container.
