Open the MEDION® Life+ app.
If you have not yet registered an appliance in the MEDION® Life+ app, tap the
Add appliance button.
If you have already connected an appliance in the app, click the
Select Ice-cream maker from the list.
Select the model MEDION ice-cream maker MD from the overview list.
Now follow the instructions in the app to connect.
.. Alternative connection via appliance hotspot
When using a 5 GHz network or using a 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz network name (SSID), we
recommend pairing over a device hotspot to avoid pairing problems.
If you have not yet registered an appliance in the MEDION® Life+ app, tap the
Add appliance button.
If you have already connected an appliance in the app, click the
Select Ice-cream maker from the list.
Select the model MEDION ice-cream maker MD from the overview list.
Then click NEXT.
Select the AP mode.
Click Connect now. Leave the LIFE+ app open. Your smartphone's WLAN set-
tings open automatically.
Select the network named SmartLife-xxxx or SL-MEDION-XXXX (xxxx is a
placeholder and varies).
When you receive the message No Internet connection, confirm the query

Wait until the connection to the WLAN hotspot has been established.
Switch back to the Life+ app (process may vary depending on your smart-
phone's operating system: back button, swiping or similar).
