Depending on the recipe, you can shorten the operating time for pre-
paring ice cream with a softer consistency or extend it for ice cream with
a harder consistency. If too hard a consistency is detected before the
time has elapsed, the process is paused prematurely. Cooling is contin-
ued. The display field shows COOL.

The remaining operating time is shown in the display field.
Once the appliance has been switched on, it will cool down the temper-
ature in the container automatically. The preparation time depends on
the recipe and the external temperature.
.. Filling during preparation
To add additional food, such as nuts, open
the refill opening in the lid (see Fig. 4). The
appliance does not stop cooling, the stirrer
continues to rotate and ice cream prepara-
tion is continued.
Close the refill opening (12) again after fill-
ing.
