 Press the zone  selection button (36) to configure the settings for fryer drawer 
(16).
 Press the DIY button (26) to make the setting manually. The default setting is a
cooking time of 15 minutes and a temperature of 180°C.
You can adapt an automatic programme (see following section) or the default set-
ting specified above to suit your recipe.
 Use the

in 5°C increments. Press and hold the button longer to set the required tempera-
ture more quickly.
The temperature in °C is shown on the display field (23) for fryer drawer 1 and on the
display field (24) for fryer drawer 2.
The temperature is saved.
Cooking temperatures of between 50 °C and 200 °C can be set.
