The quality of the dehydrated food depends on the dehydration period and the
type of food.
Herbs:
fragile
Fruit:
usually soft, flexible to crisp
Vegetables: flexible to fragile
Select fryer drawer or fryer drawer as described above.
The default setting is a dehydration time of 480 minutes and a temperature of 60°C.
Select the
button (21) to select the Dehydration automatic programme (see
'8.2. Setting an automatic programme' on page 192). Set the dehydration peri-
od/dehydration temperature manually as required.
