Distribute the food evenly in the fryer drawers. Only fill the fryer drawers up to
75%.
Always use the frying insert (13/14) to ensure that food is cooked to perfection.
To achieve optimal cooking results, shake the fryer drawers (15/18) (see Fig. G) or
turn the food (see Fig. H) during the cooking time, especially when food is over-
lapping.
Check the food regularly throughout the cooking time to avoid burning the
food.
At the end of the cooking time, remove the food immediately to avoid burning
the food.
When preparing fresh potatoes or fresh vegetables, use a small amount of cook-
ing oil to make the food more crispy.
Use a cooking temperature 10°C lower than specified for conventional fan oven
dishes.
When preparing ready meals, observe the manufacturer's preparation instruc-
tions.
