ASSEMBLY
Fix the suspension plunge saw (1) with 6 screws and
washers (2) on the saw unit
Screw in fixing lever horizontal (3)
Push the threaded sleeve (1) into the open end of
the rod of the middle board support.
Turn the swivel lever (2) into the thread and fix it
with the nut (3).
Install the TAS165PRO plunge saw on the
turntable/saw unit.
To do this, set the saw unit all the way to the left
position.
1. Disassemble the guide rail (2) from the supplied
plunge saw (3). To do this, loosen the 4 screws (1)
and remove the guide rail.
2.Place the plunge saw (3) on the turntable (4) and
fix it in place with the 4 screws.
3. Attach the dust collector hose (7) to the
connection piece (5) using the hose clamp (5).
Attach the dust collector hose to the machine as
shown (cable tie (3), bracket (4), hose clamp (5)).
Attach the mains connection cable (2) of the plunge
saw to the dust collector hose using cable ties (3). (If
necessary, fix the extension cable to the dust
collector hose in the machine area to cover the
distance to the connection to the socket).
Connect the dust collector hose to a dust collection
system.
