CAUTION
Always protect the optical fiber and its connection socket with the special pro-
tection caps. Prevent dust, dirt and foreign particles from entering the optical
fiber socket. Make sure that the optical system is clean before connecting the
optical fiber.
WARNING
Prior to each use, the handpieces must be sterilized and the optical fibers
must be wiped off with a disinfectant.
CAUTION
Switch the laser off immediately if the optical fiber is broken. Otherwise the tips
may become hot.

The tips must be checked for sure seating prior to each use.
