10 Manufacturer's declaration on electromagnetic compatibility
Recommended separation distances between portable and mobile RF communications
equipment (transmitters) and the SIROLaser
Although the SIROLaser is intended for use in an electromagnetic environment, the dispersion of the RF differences
should nevertheless be checked. Electromagnetic interference can be prevented by maintaining a minimum distance
between portable or mobile RF communications equipment and the SIROLaser. The following table shows what distance
should be maintained by a communications device of a specific output.

Insofar as the maximum rated output power is not specified for certain transmitters, the recommended separation distance
"d" in meters can be determined using the equation applicable to the frequency of the transmitter, where "P" is the maxi-
mum output power rating of the transmitter in watts according to the transmitter manufacturer.
Remarks:
The separation distance for the higher frequency range applies at 80 MHz and 800 MHz.
(2) These directives are not always applicable. Electromagnetic propagation is affected by absorption and reflection from
structures, objects, and people.
