Aufbereitung
Die Wahl einer geeigneten Endoskopaufnahme zur
Gewährleistung einer Um- oder Durchspülung des
Medizinproduktes muss in Absprache mit dem
Gerätehersteller erfolgen.

HINWEIS: Falls erforderlich, muss eine
manuelle Nachtrocknung des Instruments
durchgeführt werden.

Montage, Prüfung und Pflege
Das gereinigte und desinfizierte Medizinprodukt
muss auf Reinheit, Vollständigkeit, Schäden und
Trockenheit visuell geprüft werden:
• Sind noch Verschmutzungen oder Rückstände
vorhanden, muss das Medizinprodukt manuell
nachgereinigt und erneut einem vollständigen
Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsprozess
unterzogen werden.

HINWEIS: Distale Linse mit einem
mit Linsenreiniger bzw. einem mit
70%igem Isopropylalkohol getränkten
Wattestäbchen reinigen. Während des
Reinigungsvorgangs der distalen Linse
immer in kreisrunder Richtung wischen.
• Beschädigte oder korrodierte Medizinprodukte
müssen ausgesondert werden.

HINWEIS: Kunststoffe sind auf
Verfärbung, Porosität und Flexibilität
zu prüfen. Wenn die Teile wesentliche
Abweichungen von ihrem Neuzustand
haben, sind sie auszutauschen. Dies
gilt besonders für Dichtungen und
Gummikappen.
• Ist noch Restfeuchtigkeit auf und im
Endoskop vorhanden, muss das Endoskop
manuell nachgetrocknet werden. Eine
vollständige Trocknung der Kanäle ist mit
(bevorzugt medizinischer) Druckluft und nach
länderspezifischer Regularien durchzuführen.
Dazu eignet sich die Reinigungspistole mit
Zubehör (Art.-Nr. 27660).

VORSICHT: Der Druck darf maximal
100 kPa (1 bar / 14,5 psi) betragen. Die
Reinigungspistole muss deshalb eventuell
mit einem Druckminderer betrieben
werden.
• Anschließend muss eine Funktionskontrolle
durchgeführt werden.
Reprocessing
The selection of a suitable endoscope holder,
which should ensure that the medical device is
thoroughly rinsed out or through, must take place
in consultation with the manufacturer of the device.

Assembly, inspection and care
The cleaned and disinfected medical device
must be visually inspected for cleanliness,
completeness, damage and dryness:
• If residues or contamination are still present,
the medical device must be manually cleaned
and subjected to a full cleaning and disinfection
procedure once more.
NOTE: Clean the distal lens with a cotton

tip applicator soaked in lens cleaner or
70% isopropyl alcohol. When cleaning
the distal lens, always wipe with a circular
movement.
• Damaged or corroded medical devices must be
withdrawn from use.

NOTE: Inspect plastic parts for
discoloration, porosity and flexibility. If the
parts have changed substantially from their
original condition, they must be replaced.
This especially applies to seals and rubber
caps.
• If there is still residual moisture on or in the
endoscope, it must be dried again manually.
The channels must be completely dried
using (preferably sterile) compressed air in
accordance with the national regulations. The
cleaning gun with accessories (Art. no. 27660)
is ideal for this purpose.

CAUTION: The pressure must not exceed
100 kPa (1 bar / 14.5 psi). It may therefore
be necessary to operate the cleaning gun
with a pressure reducer.
• Afterwards, a functional check must be carried
out.
Preparación
La elección de un sistema de alojamiento
adecuado para el endoscopio ha de coordinarse

Montaje, verificación y
conservación
Efectúe un control visual del producto médico
limpio y desinfectado, comprobando la limpieza,
integridad, ausencia de deterioros y sequedad del
mismo:
• Si todavía quedaran suciedad o residuos,
someta el producto médico a una limpieza
posterior manual y vuelva a llevar a cabo un
proceso completo de limpieza y desinfección.

NOTA: Limpie la lente distal con un
producto de limpieza para lentes o con
un bastoncillo de algodón embebido en
alcohol isopropílico al 70 %. Durante el
procedimiento de limpieza, frote siempre la
lente distal con movimientos circulares.
• Es imprescindible retirar del servicio los
productos médicos deteriorados o corroídos.

NOTA: Compruebe los materiales
sintéticos en cuanto a decoloración,
porosidad y flexibilidad. Si el aspecto de las
piezas difiere notablemente de su estado
original, hay que reemplazarlas por otras
nuevas. Esto se aplica en particular a las
juntas y las caperuzas de goma.
• Si aún permanece humedad residual sobre
y en el endoscopio, este debe secarse
posteriormente a mano. Realice un secado
completo de los canales con aire comprimido
(preferentemente para uso médico), de acuerdo
con las reglamentaciones específicas de cada
país. A tal efecto se recomienda la pistola de
limpieza con accesorios (n.º de art. 27660).

ADVERTENCIA: La presión debe alcanzar
100 kPa (1 bar/14,5 psi) como máximo.
Por ello, posiblemente deba usarse la
pistola de limpieza con un reductor de
presión.
• A continuación, efectúe un control de
funcionamiento.
