fasten upper bolt.
3. Install the disk 11.

3.5

Pneumatic connection

1. Confirmed the compressed air supply comply the
requirement of the machine. The details of these
requirements are specified in chapter "technical
parameter". The pressure and flow of the air supply
should meet the requirement to use the machine.
And the pressure ranges from 8 to 10 bar.
2. Use the special air hose to connect with tyre
changer air source fitting (separator, air regulator
and lubricator)at the side of the machine. Please
see the above figure. Please make sure that the air
supply connect with the the rear of oil contained.
The oil contained in the lubricator should be SAE20
oil, or the air route will not be lubricated and the
sealing kits will be damaged in a short time.
3. The user must install a air supply cut off valve and
pressure regulation valve in front of the machine.
3.5.1 Test control system
1. Move contral handle 4 upward, the working arm of
assistance overall move upward.
2. Lossen contral handle 4，working arm stop
movement.
3. Move contral handle 4 to downward, the working
arm of assistance overall move downward.

The equipemt pressure shold adjust to 8-10BAR

Water draining for separator regularly

Move back and forward the blade cylinder and
observe the condition of lubricator. Guarantee the
oil will be fed before operation each day.
