Programming the limit switches with a
WALL-MOUNTED PUSHBUTTON PANEL
Warnings:
- If the limit positions are already programmed but the user wishes to reprogram
them, cancel the old data first by means of the procedure in paragraph 8.3.
- Perform one of the following procedures only.
7.5 - Programming limit positions "0" and "1" AUTOMATICALLY
Caution! – This programming mode is recommended for shutters that mount
"plugs" and "anti-intrusion springs".
01. Press and hold the pushbutton (Up or Down) to move the shutter to the point of
mid-travel. Note - during movement, 2 brief interruptions indicate that no limit
position is memorised.
10 – English
02. Press and hold the Up pushbutton until the shutter stops on impact with limit
switch "0" then release the key.
03. Press and hold the Down pushbutton until the shutter stops on impact with lim-
it switch "1" then release the key. Note – during movement, 1 brief interruption
indicates that only one limit position is memorised.
04. At this point, activate a Up manoeuvre followed immediately by an Down ma -
noeuvre to enable the control unit to memorise the two limit positions. Caution!
– Never interrupt these two manoeuvres or disconnect power supply dur-
ing these movements.
This procedure automatically activates the function "Auto dynamic update of limit
positions". During use of the automation, this function automatically and periodical-
ly updates the parameters of the two limit positions memorised using this procedure.
The aim of this function is to compensate over time for expansion or shrinkage of the
structure due to wear or temperature variations, thus enabling the Up and Down
movements to end precisely at the set limit positions.
7.6 - Programming limit positions "0" and "1" MANUALLY
Caution! – This programming mode is recommended for shutters that do not
mount "plugs" and "anti-intrusion springs".

it position, then release the key. Note – during movement, 1 brief interruption in -
